Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Since embroidery files cannot be physically returned or exchanged once they have been downloaded, we do not offer refunds. This is the standard industry practice for digital goods.
Duplicate Purchases
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you accidentally purchase the same design more than once, please contact us with your order details. Credit or a refund will be issued only for duplicate purchases of the identical design within a reasonable timeframe.
File Issues & Technical Support
- Corrupt Files: If your file becomes corrupt or you encounter an error during download, please navigate to your account area under “My Orders” to download the file again at no additional charge.
- Machine Compatibility: Please ensure that the formats provided (PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VIP, VP3, XXX) are compatible with your specific embroidery machine before purchasing.
Delivery Method
All orders are delivered via Instant Download. No physical products will be shipped to your address. These are digital machine embroidery files intended for use with a computerized embroidery machine.
How to Access Your Files
- Login to your Pteris Design account.
- Navigate to the “My Orders” or “Downloads” section.
- Click on the download link(s) to save the files to your computer.

File Modifications & Resizing
We take great pride in the quality of our digitizing. Each design is meticulously tested at its original size to ensure a perfect stitch-out.
- Modifications: We are not responsible for the quality of the design if you edit, resize, or alter it in any way using third-party embroidery software.
- Stitch Integrity: Resizing a digital design can significantly impact stitch density and structural integrity. If you choose to modify the file, you do so at your own risk.
- Support: We only guarantee the quality of the design in the sizes and formats provided in the original download.
